Me, No More Heroes crossed with Heavy Rain. Doesn't matter what I think of the latter, anyway you look as such a crossover is comedy gold.
More of a genre than a specific game, but my second funniets one is any survival horror game crossed with a dating sim.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
