Anyone want to help create a review site that gives every game a 10/10?

I am actually thinking of at least 3 ratings here:

* 10/10

* 11/10 (if game is particularly good, or review really likes it)

* Over 9000 (this is a mythical perfect games I doubt would ever be seen).

The site can allow people to shill for their favorite game.  You only list good stuff on there.  I am thinking of setting up a blog for it.

Format for review would be:

* Summary of games.

* List of good features of the game people liked.

11/10 also breaks things.  I think I would save 11/10 myself for stuff like Miner: Dig Deep, and also Uncharted 2.  No game EVER will get "Over 9000".  I may consider that an exception if a game actually becomes a world religion.
