I dont think it will, however its tough to say now that the 360 has a much larger fanbase then when Halo 3 was released. However back then there wasn't as much games many were looking forward to other than Halo 3, where as of now there's a variety. As well the new Call of Duty will definitely put an impact on Reach's sales.
Another note, no Master Chief lol.
