That is probably true, but the only were getting a watered down healthcare plan is because of abortion and Right extremists. Note: I am not suggesting all people on the right are extremists.
@TheRealMafoo I agree I was under the impression you were compleatly against healthcare reform. Still will need to stop catoring to the rich and help people like poor college students, and part time walmart employees that have nothing

Interesting fact... the vast majority of people are happy with their healthcare... even people without health insurance.
All people want is healthcare to be cheaper... healthcare price controls.
The problem is... the bill isn't watered down enough in some areas... and the democrats put in nearly nothing to control prices. Even this new out of nowhere Healthcare Regulatory Agency isn't a hard check against prices, since it'd be easy enough to influence these people.

Kasz, you've hit the nail on the head as usual. Personally, I strongly believe the fastest way to bring healthcare costs down (and better the country in so many other ways too) is to tackle obesity. As most people know, the costs in America that obesity racks up are astronomical. This would be the most logical first step to tackling healthcare costs, and eventually healthcare reform.
