Too bad he got all huffy and left and so we won't have him working on DOA or Ninja Gaiden anymore. But then, he ruffled his feathers so many times over so many little things, I wouldn't doubt it was possible that Tecmo tossed him out and he just made it seem like he 'left' while suing them. You can only cry wolf so many times.
