My girlfriend says that I spend too much on video games. I argue with her that she's wrong and that I deserve to buy the games because I work so much more than she does and I pay most of the bills.

Well, she told me that I bought Magna Carta 2 in December and then turned around and bought Bayonetta in January. Still, she broke down and supported me when I bought Heavy Rain on Tuesday. She has no idea about the 10 (!) used games I bought from the video game store in January, the two games I downloaded from the PSN, the two games I bought from the music store that was going out of business, or that I bought Mass Effect 2 and Assassins Creed 2 in the last three weeks, either.

And then, I bought $40 worth of PSP comic books and a Blu-Ray, yesterday.

Valentine's Day, all I got her was dinner and a card.

I am a selfish bastard and I need to re-think my priorities.

d00d, argue the second part of that statement if you must but i think the rest of the post has proven that she isn't wrong

since december... thats barely 2 months gone.. 18 games, and $40 of comic books? how much were all those games combined? o.0

@Gilga, thanks for the compliment way up there^! didnt see it til now :)

right now im really frustrated. class finished at 4:15pm today, 45 mins early. jordan said he'd take me home for the weekend cos i cant afford to get the bus, and its 8:05pm right now. by the time he gets ready at his, then gets to mine, itl probably be after 9. then i wont get home til well after 10:30, and i'll be too tired to speak to my mumma and brother for too long. :(

what the hell is he doing? "i'll be back in an hour or 2"... its been 4... >.<

*hasn't been home for more than a month, or seen her nieces since christmas*
