The death penalty seems like such a waste...
It would be much better to just use the Australia concept, get all the criminals and put them on a vacant island, build a huge factory and get them all to work there for no charge until they die naturally. I'm pretty sure there's plenty of islands in south east Asia that aernt being used.
(I also understand that Australia was occupied before the British settled)
Bet with Conegamer and AussieGecko that the PS3 will have more exclusives in 2011 than the Wii or 360... or something.
