I voted for Starcraft since it's the greatest RTS of all time and Starcraft II is going to kick ass!
The Diablo franchise is really close though, I've sunk so many hours in Diablo II it's scary.
Although I still like it, the Warcraft series is a distant third for me since I didn't really get into WC3 because of the heroes and creeping.
