It's GoW III for me all the way. I'm sure like a lot of retailers here retailers in your neck of the woods give a pretty high trade in price if you bring it back within a few days of purchase if you buy day 1. So I'd suggest getting GoW III because you can get pretty far into it within a couple of days, so you'll know whether you like it pretty quick. If you don't like then take it back for high trade in $$ and get FFXIII. If you don't like FFXIII, well at least you got to give both games a fair shake and you can still flick off FFXIII and go buy something else cheaper like Deadly Premonition.
