Jaffe thinks Sony should sue Microsoft over Scrap Metal!

I don't buy the God of War one, but this "Scrap Metal" game is obviously a rip-off of Twisted Metal in more ways than just the title. I don't know if it's sue worthy (I doubt it) but it's pretty sad to see.
