As others have said, this article is about one year old. Coincidentally, the number of PS3s sold since this was written almost makes it seem like GoW3 is releasing exactly when all those buyers will have a PS3. Obviously, it's not going to work out exactly like that, but you can be pretty sure that the number of people who don't have a PS3 yet but are planning to buy GoW3 will have shrunk a lot.
