1. Kill neighbors that use the same ISP.
2. Waste money on Killer NICs that don't make any noticeable difference.
3. Upgrade your internet.
4. Stop multiple users from accessing it at the same time.
5... that's about it really.
Seriously, though, if you are using a lot of firefox addons or have facebook open, it tends to screw up video buffering and uses a lot of system resources. Also if you have lots of antivirus stuff running at once that can happen.
