Here are three simple quick games that get more play than anything on my iPhone, I assume the iPod Touch can use them (though I don't know about the online in Word Play!).
- Word Play! - It's Boggle but it has online multiplayer and you can challenge friends. All in all, it's really good. The only thing that bothers me about is that the people online are crazy good.
- reMovem - Quick and simple game and probably my most played game. It's super easy to cheat it but it's still quick fun.
- Skee-Ball - decent skee ball game and a good time waster
I know Word Play! and reMovem both have demos, I don't remember if Skee-Ball does.
