Well if Activision own the rights to 'Call of Duty' and IW own the rights to 'Modern Warfare' that may explain why Activision wanted 'Call of Duty' added to the title of Modern Warfare 2.
Interesting if that's true because if the CoD name wasn't used, IW could have potentially sued for a lot more.
