Left part of the screen is the Track select menu from Gran Turismo PSP. Right part of the screen is a promotional sreenshot of an Enzo Ferrari (cut off from picture) racing the Nurburgring from Forza Motorsport 3.
Don't look to much into this. It's just a hodgepodge of images used to simulate a "racing" display for a concept car. Needless to say the man at Porsche responsible for this display of laziness and potential copyright infrindgment has already been terminated.
