Naming it twisted metal would make it the same name. Sharing one word out of two is perfectly fine.
Essentially what Sony would have to do is prove the durr test. Essentially they bring you up in court and then they show you the picture of the name Scrap Metal and then ask you about what you think you're seeing. Can you honestly imagine anyone failing the durr tes here?
