Naming 2 things completely different the same name (like the comic someone showed) is different than naming something very comparable the same name. Someone knows the story of war of the gods? It maybe why he said they should sue, I mean if its the same story than god of war. For Scrap Metal tho, its pretty obvious what the developer are trying to do here, if it would be my trademark I would certainly sue them. Not for money but to force them changing the name. Imagine if 3D dot game heroes would get call, Dezla a link to the ancient time.
