I believe Mr. Wells also said that the PS3 had one hand tied behind its back and was limping from a recent sports accident.

Seriously, Uncharted is one of the few games where the developer actually spent a lot of time and money learning how to really make the Cell chip sing.  If they spent all that time and money and were still only able to squeeze out 1/3 of the system's power, then I doubt developers are going to be willing to keep rubbing the PS3's bottle to try and get the entire genie to come out.

Along the same lines, few companies really take advantage of more than one of the 3 cores on the 360.  Why?  It makes the game harder to port to other consoles, and it takes a lot more time to make the application thread safe, etc.  Considering programming to 3 cores is a lot easier than programming to 3 SPEs, it's unlikely that publishers will have the resources or desires to make the PS3 perform 3 times as well anytime soon (if it's any possible).

My advice is to just enjoy this game because it's great and not try to make claims about how it could never be ported to the 360.  Forever is long time...
