Throughout Middle School, I had a swollen sinus that would cause me to repeatedly spit out mucus like every 10 minutes. The smell of the mucus would stay on my tongue, causing me to have bad morning breath throughout middle school. I would use mouthwash like 5 times a day at times and the horrid breath would come back 5 minutes later. Sometimes I even gagged at my own breath lol
