Oh, to answer the Play vs. play from beginning (at least I think this is what the side topic is)
If I exit a movie (not stop an exit), swap it out, play a different movie or game then put it back in and "play" then it picks up where it left off. If I play from beginning, well, it plays from the beginning.
If I stop the movie then exit, then both play from the beginning.
