2010: Treyarch is making COD (Wii-make of COD:MW2?) + IW is making DLC for COD:MW2

2011: IW is making new COD (apparently, COD:MW3) as well + Sledgehammer is making COD action-adventure spin-off

Did I get it right? ^_^
