Guess Sony have a different definition of low stock to everyone else :)

They are all for online orders though. Online retailers will have a centralised stock and so we have no idea how many copies they have left. High Street retailers are a different story with localised stock varying from store to store. I'm sure Game/Gamestation will have some stock left but many of their stores may have very low individual stock.
