Great book in my opinion. Really emphasizes the disillusionment and insanity that war causes. I had use to think it was just religious differences that caused strife but it's that and propaganda and the self-narcassistic belief that our culture is superior to all others because we're somehow special or noble in everything we do.
Real eye-opener.
Any thoughts?
Admittedly, I haven't finished reading and only got through the first three chapters, I intend to finish the more heavy chapters 4 and 5 and then the remaining 40ish pages of chapters 6 and 7 later today since I'm bored out of my mind with the video games I thought would interest me... and I need to finish before class tomorrow. xD
So yeah, opinions, comments, etc. I'd like to know if anyone else is reading the book.
