Acer is far from a bad company. Their build quality is impressive.

I dont understand how you can even put dell where it is.. it should be dead last.

i didn't made that out , there is % of failure in notebooks, and it kinda like that,

HP failure rate its 25%, Dell and ACer are around are over 18%-20%
