People are very miss informed about all of this.
BBC Radio 1 had a news cast about it and they seemed pretty down with it giving the main details and they explained that new Slims are fine.
Sueing this was obvious but then did people sueing M$ for RROD pan out well?
I'm just waiting and seeing what happens. I'm in no rush.
