Heavy Rain plot holes *spoilers*

I acknowledge a bunch of these plot-holes, and some of them are really funny. I remember when Madison heard the killer's name and I was frantically thinking about which characters she's met, and since Ethan was the only one, I thought him. Silly stuff. That being said, I just don't care. It is still a brilliant game!
