imo, the one thing that really puts Reginliev ahead of the other NOA "missed opportunities" (Disaster, Trace Memory R, Fatal Frame IV, Wand of Magic, etc) is Motion Plus support. I honestly think that really elevates it's chances, given the death of home grown M+ content.
Otherwise, yeah, I think it'd (sadly) have zero chance. :/
