PSN normally sells games at RRP or just below RRP. Internet shops mostly sell UMDs at quite a good discount. I think it's publishers who decide the price though. A recent example on the EU store is Half minute hero £19.99 on PSN and £12.99 on Amazon. It could be that sony don't want to upset retailers, but I son't think it's that because I think publishers decide the price.
