Oh, I'm just going off of what my gf's dad said the rent was. I think he lives in Aurora.

Now that you mention it, I think that is a bad area, isn't it.

It's not too bad. There aren't any major colleges there, so the rent is probably lower. I'm in Boulder, which has much higher rent than say, Fort Collins, which is another major college city.

I had the idea that much of the midwest had similar rental markets because of the sheer amount of land available. lol Guess not.
