The idea everyone here seems to be missing is that they $15 is not just for a couple damned maps. It is also for future DLC content and use of the game as though it were a new purchase, be it updates, skins or what have you.
I personally object to even paying 5 bucks for new maps or a stupid new or or avatar. That is why I don't buy them for games on my console. It is also why I chose to stay with PC for these types of games that would need new maps. IE, FPS. As for buying new cars for racing games. Screw that, I will just use what is already available.
