Maybe so, but that's a red herring considering the issue here is PSN vs. XBLA.  For developers, especially smaller devs, XBLA is almost unambiguously the better choice vis-a-vis PSN.

Like i said, exposure, albeit important, isnt the decisive factor when trying to get the best deal. A developer can get support, marketing, financial deals etc etc. Just because you get exposure doesn't mean you're golden and whomever provides it for you is the best choice. Its naive to think thats all to it.

It isn't just "exposure" in Microsoft's corner.  It's costs, it's userbase, it's tools, it's ease of use... frankly, I'm at a loss to see what if any advantage PSN brings over it?  A less crowded market?  Waggle?
