Besides, I see nothing wrong with wanting to make a technical achievment, and the gameplay is great so I dont see how looking at mario would make it better.

An example of pure gameplay which sells millions of systems. A good lesson, no? It does tell us their priorities are wrong which is fine they can be wrong as much as they like as its their money.

By that logic every game should have the same gameplay as wiisports.

And its not a priority thing since gameplay is not pushed back in favor of graphics, its just extrapolish which is apreciated.
