Why third-parties doesn't do ads for their Wii exclusive titles?

My point with this thread is about third-parties who doesn't spend a cent with ads for Wii exclusiviness and later complain about bad sales like EA did. Dead Space Extraction had terrible advertising and bombed, later EA complained saying Wii games doesn't sell. They can't complain about it since they didn't put any effort for Dead Space Extraction's advertising, not only for it but other games like Need for Speed Nitro.
