You must not know what a .50 cal bullet is, let me tell you. (Since your going to google it anyways)

 

 

The 5.56 is the round the m16/m4 shoots, the 7.62 is the round the basic sniper shoots and the 12.7 (.50 cal) is the round a barret .50 cal sniper/ Machine gun shoots

 

The .50 cal was used to destroy tanks in WW1 and early in WW2, Now we use it for Snipers and Machine guns, if a bullet hits someone there gonna get blown in HALF, there not gonna walk after being shot with a .50 cal round. 

 

And why is this in the Sony thread?
