Well... the RPG Makers don't seem to work on my Vista/Windows 7 any more so I hope RPG Inventor works with it.
In my opinion the RPG Toolkit is really awesome, but it has nearly no premade stuff and making EVERYthing yourself (even combat system) is hard. Maybe the RPG Inventor has the same ability as the RPG Maker 2k, that you can change everything offered - combat system, item menues, group menues... - but offers a standard package that works.
