when i saw your wall of text, i prepared myself for some weird sexual shit, lol.
but surprisingly, i agree with all of this. i don't like assholes but i know that a lot of girls want to be "the one who changes him". me, i'd prefer a nice guy from the start. as long as i know where i stand and that he's genuine, then thats enough.
also, @CommonMan - your first post is exactly what i was thinking
all you nice guys out there, just don't be a push-over. "The very essence of romance is uncertainty" - from The Importance of Being Earnest. don't let a girl know that you're willing to do anything for her, even if you are. you don't have to compliment her all the time just in case she wants it. Be yourself, and be happy with yourself and then you'll meet someone when you aren't expecting it.
but dont become assholes, please.

@bolded - It's nice to know your mind is in the gutter too Of course you are dating Nathan Drake (I think according to your sig), and he's pretty damned smexy!
I compliment my fiancee whenever I feel like it, and since we're a good match, it happens to be a lot. I like to make a game out of surprising her with it, makes a difference to her to feel like she's not deserving of a compliment then you give it to her and you're sincere, she really likes that.

why yes, yes it is.
and yes, yes i am
he IS smexy isn't he
he compliments me sometimes, he has this tendency to just blurt out whatever he's thinking sometimes and of course i like it, but i always wonder if he's being sincere. so sometimes i just say "shhhhh" because i don't know what else to say. o.0
