That is true.  But from my understanding, Square Enix is a high budget high sales type of company.

So therefore, I compared the "Million Sellers" list - as this is the most likely goal for their games.  Again, in this thread's original context - Square Enix is/and should be concerned mostly/only for their own company's well-being.

 A question to ask is:  What is your list/definition of high quality games? Contrast that with the "budget" or "cost" of these games?

From my limited game universe knowledge, I think when you mean "high quality" games, these are most likely the high budget games (hence XBox).  That is a high budget game is more likely to deliver a high quality game.  Of course there are exceptions, but maybe as a rule it applies.

 Conversely, you can list off some high quality games - that had a small or low budget to show some posters/readers some examples.
