Um, it's good propaganda? And don't forget Nintendo stopped producing core games after Wii Sports became a success. 
Ubisoft doesn't seem to know what they are doing though, instead of only making Just dance games they will shove a new Prince of Persia down our throats!
It is logical that sequels to Just Dance will come if the francise continues being successful, just as Ubisoft will make a Red Steel 3 if the second one is successful, and will make more PoP games if the Forgotten Sands one is successful.
