No they don't. Only one type of nice guy finishes last, and that's the timid kind that lacks self-confidence (which is the majority of nice guys).

My best friend was always a nice guy, but he had severe self-esteem issues. Once he finally got over his confidence problems, he stopped finishing last. He has a beautiful wife, everyone loves being around him, and no one gives him shit anymore.
