Covers of songs you enjoy more than the original songs?

The problem is that ALL the songs he used are great songs on their own merit... he just used almost every one of them WRONG.

Haha, my friend and I always shake our heads when we start talking about the use of Sound of Silence in that movie. Always pisses us off.

But was I the only one who thought the introduction of The Watchmen would actually make a more interesting movie than the actual movie itself?

The use of Hallelujah pissed me off even more. I remember watching the movie in a theatre with my friend and she just about died laughing when I said (quite loudly) "You have GOT to be fucking kidding me" when the song started up. Pretty much the entire theatre heard my disgust at that song choice.
