PS4 will be out when the time is right. PS3 has got a alot of life left in it considering few third party developers have even bothered taking advantage of its abilities over the other 2 machines. There would need to be a significant technical leap as we saw betwen ps1 and ps2 and ps3. Programmers will aso need to be able to program for what is likely to be a seriously powerful machine and many of them ate still catching up on this generation. I would expect Microsoft to rush out a new console in a couple of years time to try and get a head-start again but Sony have shown that a patient approach can shine through in the end.
