and some of those rational adults are even saying 'the pro could of handle it better' and thats what im saying as well. im not saying the kid doesnt deserve to be banned and the pro needs to be fired. im saying the pro should of handle it better and use words that didnt instigate a negative response especially to a little kid. you have to know how to talk to a little kid to not get him/her wild up.
