and for those who are not aware. the reason why customer service representatives and mods are suppose to talk in the manner i describe is because, some people will side with the customer or in this case the user and thats bad publicity for the business. so they want people who are able to keep their composure for any type of situation and can address and even help the angry or non-angry customer
