Who on earth asks someone if they want a hug?

*edit: Oh, you're 16. Forget I said anything. When it comes to women, remember that they're just as nervous (if not more) than you are. She's probably lamenting all the things she did "wrong" during the date right now, just the same as you.

You got the date. Give it time and call (text, whatever) her again. See how it goes. Don't read too much into anything, it will only make you mind-fuck yourself when it probably meant nothing at all to the other person.

17 I will have you know :p...I just noticed that my age never changed with my birthday XD....That really makes no difference though....

Still, heed the words of rocketpig. He's right.

I had a date last friday, also internet-related. The girl was incredibly nervous. We were sitting in a cafetaria when I asked if I could hold her hands, etc. She wasn't trembling when I held them but she was incredibly tense, which is not uncommon for girls. I dropped her off at the station on the end, and we hugged as well. She also told me she wanted a second date and while re-evaluating a day or two later she also told me that "I scored good points" for not doing anything too intimate. You don't score points while in a friend zone ;).

So generally speaking, your good. My guess is that indeed she is nervous, and secondly she doesnt want to come of as easy.
