Yeah, I may skip BFBC2 and wait for BF3.

Don't care for dual analog shooters and I have a lot of other games to play right now and I know BF3 as a PC exclusive game will be sooooooo much better.

May just keep BF2142 as my answer for shooters for a little bit longer. idk.

Elitism at its best, i enjoy dual analog shooters, i'm sure many would kick your ass on 1 on 1 dual analog shooters.

That's a kinda silly comment. Of course there will be those better than me on dual analog. I never said I was the Jordan of FPS gaming.

I said I don't care for dual analog shooters and its pretty much proven that with at least BF series, the PC exclusive games have been far better.

BF1942 > Bad Company > BF2  > BF Vietnam > BF 1943 > BF 2142 > BF2 Modern Combat > BF Heroes

IMO

so I can't confirm that statement. I expect Bad Company 2 to be at least better than BF Vietnam (shouldn't be too hard).

wow.... there just is no expression for the amount of disgust I have for that list you just created. O.O

There is no way Bad Company is greater than BF2 or BF2142.

Granted, I have to admit I have always felt PC FPS is by far greater than console FPS. Better controls, better online, better gameplay etc.

My rating would have to be:

BF2 > BF1942 > BF2142 > BFV > BF2MC > BF1943 > BFBC > BFH

My rating is on overall gameplay and options including maps size/style, controls, unit types/vehicles, multiplayer, and graphical quality.

The console games have always been massively stripped down in what even BF1942 could do. BFBC2 is the first to actually add big features with the destruction, which will be far better and immersive in BF3. I would expect to possibly be better than BFV, but that is actually with the PC version of the game which has better options and controls than the console versions anyways.

I mean using apples vs apples, look at how you rated the BF2 against the BF2 modern combat. You clearly recognized that the PC version was far superior. Same will be with BFBC2 and the eventual BF3 which will take all the great features of BFBC2 and mutliply it by 10.

We'll be back to large maps with great squad gameplay options and tons of fighters; all blessed with more precise and overall better PC controls.
