Sure, some of those shots were soft... But when you nearly DOUBLE the opponent's shots on goal and still end up losing by two goals, you have one person to blame... your own goalie. Maybe he didn't play badly but he sure didn't play up to the competition, unlike the rest the rest of your team, which controlled the puck and had it on the US side of the ice for most of the game.
