More advanced Natal tech, can't handle the complexity that the Playstation motion controls can. Something about that sentence is not sounding right. Well in any case, good job Microsoft. You have lead the sheep very well on this one.

for natal you have 2 hands, 2 feet, head, voice, and a body. The game is designed for 4-8 buttons + analogstick + motion controls in both hands (or at least 1 hand).

Natal will allow you to swing both hands, maybe walk for moving, but what about those 4-8 buttons? hand gestures wouldn't really work, as we're already using 1:1 for the sword. Your feet would be used for walking, else you could map buttons to that but that seems really stupid. So, you want to shoot a badguy? Quick, yell "Gun!!" to bring up the gun, and then "Bang!" to shoot the bad guy.

The Sony Wand has some buttons (at least it looks like it does) and has motion control for 1 hand. The only problem (as they stated) is the lack of an analogstick. They could use the dualshock 3 (as in Resident Evil), but obviously this developer either doesn't know about Resident Evil or considers that such a bad solution that he would never do it.

So, you can see how Natal in its current form (how it has been explained to the consumer) might lead a developer working on a Nintendo title, who isn't really dedicating time into figuring out all the interfaces, to not know how to put it on Natal. As for being superior. Tracking entire body movements via camera only is leaps and bounds more difficult to do than to use accelerometers, gyros and a camera (with a special light on the controller) all combined just to track a single wand.

Also, sometimes the simple tool (Arc) is the better tool for the job than the extremely complex one (Natal).

(okay, this post turned out way longer than I intended )

Yes he doesnt consider this as an real option imo its too stupid to be true I mean DS3 in one hand ?? Come on thats just silly its so stupid I cant find words to describe my feelings about that. And I believe Sony will release a Nunchuk type device and give some proper informations at GDC about it.
