It doesn't follow that Natal will simply be better for everything. TBH, if they really stick with the whole 'no controller at all' then I think Natal will cover less existing genres than the Wiimote/Arc may be able to, requiring very specific games.
For this, I can easily see how holding something that feels like a sword in your hand and moving it would be better than holding nothing and trying to swing your hand about at different angles as though you're holding a sword. I'm not sure Natal detects fine enough motion in that manner, for example a gentle tile forward of the blade while otherwise holding your hands still.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
