being able to resell something isn't what defines capitalism, not to mention it in no way reveals an inherent right to use the second hand product beyond the establish rights of the creator.  forcing second hand buyers to reregister the game to be able to use it is in fact indicative of a capitalistic society, not the other way around.

 

an din no way does that punish anyone.  as long as people know that prior to buyingthe game, they can make their own decision on whether they want to buy it or not.  see, it's a choice, and when you choose to do something, just because you'd prefer something else doesn't mean you are being punished.
