Supreme commander games are spiritual sequels to TA, and that makes them instantly awesome. I'll check out Supreme Commander 2, I like the concept in the first one, I love the huge epic battles, but I hated the shallow story and how similar the factions are. Starcraft 2 is going to be the best RTS released in many years, but playing the beta, I think it feels a little too easy (like Macro skills and Micro skills doesn't matter as much anymore) and not as varied strategically. But that might change the more I play it. |
